We will refund or credit you once we receive the returned merchandise. All refunds will be in the original form of payment.

Items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material. Cancellation and changes to your order should be made within 24 hours of placing your order simply by e-mailing to custserv@YourPersonalJewelry.com accompanied by order detail.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
